    If an LVN is also a CST and they are hired in the OR as a CST, would the Texas BON have jurisdiction just because the LVN has a nursing license? She does not work in the capacity of an LVN, only scrubs cases. Does not give medication, does not recover patients, does not circulate the case. Only scrubs. Her signed job description is for CST, not LVN. She is considered allied health worker in onboarding.
