  1. Questions about nursing job in San Diego

    Hello, I am moving to San Diego in a few months and would like to start a nursing staff job at a hospital in November. Does anyone have any suggestions on when I should start applying? I am not sure how long the hiring process takes. I don't want to apply too early and then have them want me to start right away if I am not moved yet. If anyone has any input on UCSD hospitals, Scripps, Sharps, etc. I am not familiar with the hospitals so any insight/pros and cons of them would be helpful. Is the best way to look for jobs on the hospital websites? Also, if anyone has any advice on when I should begin looking for housing that would be great too. Thanks!
