  1. Interviewed for AGACNP last week. I concur that they said they would make decisions and let folks know by the end of March. Good luck, everyone!
  2. I've applied but haven't heard back yet. My plan to get a jump on things is to do as many APP-level CEUs as I can that are offered by my workplace. I'm lucky b/c I work at an academic center that puts on CEUs, and employees can attend for free). Because they're educational programs designed for clinicians to efficiently get info + can have a lot of interesting case studies, I feel kind of like they're stat pearls + context, which will help them stick better. I can also have the video presentations on in the background and listen to them multiple times while doing other things. I study well from books and note-taking, but I think since there's not the urgency of actually being in the program yet, I need an approach that will be a bit more engaging.
  3. Thank you for responding @Jleb886. This is so helpful to get some clarity! I don't want to take up too much more of your time, but did they give an estimated amount of time for the hiring freeze? My current institution just finished a hiring freeze that was 3 months (although they said essential backfill positions would still be hired).
