1. When to hold anticoagulants

   AR-RN posted a topic in Arkansas

   What does your facility require or do you usually see as far as holding anticoagulants? I've seen cardiologists at my facility state to give blood thinners even with low H & H (8/21). Also, given with extensive bruising post PCI. Just curious.
