Oh, that's awesome! Good luck! Okay so I got a call back from Queens. The deadline to accept/decline the offer is March 8th. The deposit also must be paid by the same date. So, I guess from then they'll start pulling people off of the waitlist.

Yeah of course! I received my BS in biology this Dec 2022. I had a pre-req GPA of 3.6. I don't have very much experience working in a hospital setting however, I have been working as a receptionist at a dental office for over 2 years which could *technically* mean I have some experience. From what I've heard in the past, it seems like GPA and stats weigh heavy but then if you have any experience that can really help as well. I also applied to Northeastern University- Charlotte ABSN. They have a rolling application and have 3 start dates a year. I received my acceptance letter yesterday. It seems like a great school however I am still debating because of the hefty tuition at that school. Do you live in the Charlotte, NC area? Is South College an ABSN program? It's only recently that I realized there are not many ABSN programs in the Carolinas (from what I've seen).

@Akousa Thanks for that info! I emailed her last night and didn't hear anything so I called the admissions at Queens and they forwarded me to her number which I needed up having to leave a message. So, once I hear back from her or get that email regarding those dates I'll let you guys know too! Thanks!

Thank you! I looked all through the portal and acceptance letter and did not actually see a deadline to accept or decline. I am going to reach out to the school and see if I can get those dates though. I am still kind of weighing the options between the two schools but I think, as of right now, I am leaning towards Queens just because it is significantly cheaper than Northeastern. Once I found out those dates I will definitely let you know though!

Awesome! From what I've been reading about in previous years, it looks like it could be this week or next week that we hear back. Let me know when you get yours! Also, do you have a lot/ if any experience that you included in your application?
