Hi, This is going to be my 1st travel assignment. Any thought on Hackensack University Medical center ? I had an offer without an interview since agency mentioned it was becoz they have direct relationship with the hospital. I wonder what the nurse patient ratio will be ( agency said per manager , 1:4-5) but I heard north Jersey hospital usually 1 nurse to 7-8 pts. I never handled anything more than 6 pts . I think 7 would be unsafe practice . Already accepted an offer but been worried bout the patient load . I don't wanna take the risk .
