  1. Hi, I work for the VA. I work for Biomedical. I work closely with the nursing staff. I try to provide the necessary Engineering resources to provide for the proscribed treatment. I work in Northern California and our Facility is large. 400 plus beds, 100 + motorized gurneys. This is a great facility and I am honored to have a chance to help. Has anyone else had vendor issues? Issues with vendors response to requests for bed repair in general and Linet particular? As the person that manages the service and repair for the facility I have a serious problem with Linet. They corner us into purchasing a budget breaking service agreement, now they won't honor the terms. The beds are in ICU. The product appears OK, the level of sophistication is high and requires substantial and timely service. Linet to be frank, has fallen far short on service and post-sales follow up. Anyone else had issues with their Linet MultiCare and service agreement?
