  1. They will train you for the BLS once you start working. for the NCLEX, they state that you should pass prior to your first day otherwise they will put you in a CNA/MA position until you pass.
  2. I had an interview on 7/1 and got an offer on 7/3 with temple. Have you had interview yet?
  3. Eno, Thank you for sharing your experience I have mine lined up on next week with Temple. Hope you get in ?

  9. Aloha, congratulations! Wow you already have some experience with PT. I see the school did put more weight on experience than grades. Excited to start the program with y'all!:)

  14. Hello Nano. Have you heard anything yet? I haven't. I have a informed delivery service with USPS and nothing coming tomorrow either... :(
  15. Hello HillsofZion. I am sorry that you were not accepted. I haven't got mine yet. Thank you for sharing with us even if you don't have to share. I got a denial letter from HPU as well so I know how you feel now but don't give up.
  16. Hello! I haven't heard anything yet. I think they will send out letters in mid March based on what they have done last year. I can't wait.
  17. Thank you for sharing. I am not so much confident with my stat tho. I heard KCC tend to select student with experiences or certification. I wish I took CNA course before I applied. How was the CNA class? Was hard to pass the class?
  18. Yes, I applied even if I didn't complete my English 2 and stat. I took pre-calculus and hope HPU accepts it instead. I just realized that I never mentioned my stats here. Sorry. I have GPA 4.0, including Core courses, TEAS 87.3, and no patience experience. I am taking CNA course this coming May tho. What about you ?
  19. Hey Nano. I just got an email from Kapiolani and I thought I got accepted but I figured it was an acceptance letter for general admission LOL. The email made me soooo excited for 30 mins.. haha.. btw, do you know when we expect to hear something ? Do they let us know if we don't get accepted you know ?
  20. I know they accepted 20 for Spring and the advisor said they got funded a lot this coming semester so planning to select more students for the fall. yeah hopefully we can meet in person at school ?
  21. Hi, I did this week. It's my first attempt. Are you applying any other school ? I am thinking to apply HPU but I really hope to get in KCC tho..
  22. I am curious what other students stats are as well. I talked to a advisor two days ago and she told me accepted students usually had 3.5-4.0 GPA and high 70's-90 for TEAS. Have you applied yet ?
