  1. That's nice!! What VA you are in and is it primary care?
  2. Wow! Congratulations ? How long was the entire process for you? It's been 5 months, I am still waiting.
  3. Hi Gaelros, I submitted the write up on December 27, still waiting for the response. I just followed their criteria by adding the scenario and the outcome, how it helped the patient population and the other department in the hospital system and some also to the community. How I needed to involve other multidisciplinary team to work on the project etc. I hope I have done it correctly and hoping to hear back from them soon. It's been a very long wait. I will keep you posted.
  4. Thank you so much for the guidance. Great information. It's very helpful! Thank you ? Happy New Year.
  5. Hello All, I am an RN for 24 years and an FNP for one year. Most of my nursing experience is in Nephrology and NP in primary/ urgent care. I just received a tentative offer for Primary Care NP at VA and I have to do the write-up for the grade. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you so much.
