  1. I feel like I am a bad nurse

    Today, I am so down. I feel like I am not a good Nurse. Yesterday, I had a post op patient, he is supposed for admission in the hospital but I discharged him since he has a discharge order too with conditions. All conditions met. But the patient supposed to be discharge in the floor. The Doctor found out and just said its fine he still to be discharge yet. When the patient got home, he got fever and pain but the doctor sent the prescriptions already and patient received antibiotic and pain meds. This morning the doctor called me to assure that patient now is OK, no fever and pain.. I was crying all night and I still cry up to today. I feel like im a bad nurse I
