  1. No it didn't have anything to do with her attendance. There was others that was missing from the in-service and they didn't get wrote up just her. Now she got written up two more time. One for documenting in the adl's. Which I guess everyone was informed at the meeting not to do so but since she wasn't at the meeting she was just doing something she have done more than handful of times over the 25+ years she has been doing CNA work.
  2. Can your employee post a CNA write up that they are wanting the CNA a to sign up in the CNA room? The write up is just folded in half with that person name on it. Any one can open and read the write up. Is that like breaking HIPPA? I feel like it's wrong of the ADON of the facility to do that. Need some advice for my coworker.
