I think most of us have scheduled our physicals etc and have gotten new hire paperwork to fill out. Not sure if you're part of the discord but someone started for the cohort!

A different unit. Sorry I just assumed that process would be the same so I chimed in.

Mine didn't switch to hired from in process until I signed the official offer letter from HR.

I think if it still says new they are still in the process of hiring people, as people are still getting calls with offers, but I think they've completed the interviews. Of course, I can't be sure, but that's what I would surmise.

I spoke to HR today and they said in 2-3 weeks we would get a call to schedule our physical and drug test so you should be good.

Also just for general info: I didn't have my clinicals there, I don't know anyone who works there, and I got this from the hiring event on Monday. It's for night shift.

I got an offer for the neuro ICU today. Haven't formally spoken to HR, just the manager that I interviewed with. He said they will probably call me with all the details on Monday.

Have you been able to actually get in touch with someone from recruiting? That would suck if they cancelled and didn't mention??

Has anyone who had a second interview from ICU heard back yet?

No and when I tried calling HR they said they didn't have any information and that I would hear from a recruiter if they decided to move forward with my application. I tried messaging someone who said they were a recruiter for the hospital on LinkedIn asking for a timeline but no luck so far.

Mine changed to "in process"

When I had my interview with them they said people would hear by Thursday at the latest. I have not gotten anything (but my interview wasn't great so that's not surprising on my end) I'm sorry but at least you have a job lined up already! Silver linings!

Found out from the ICU manager I interviewed with that I got a second interview for Thursday. Waiting to hear from the recruiter for an exact time. They are calling 7 ppl total for second interviews. I was told they are only hiring 3 when I asked yesterday.

They said they wouldn't be sending a confirmation email and to take a screenshot for your records

OH even better! I didn't know that was a thing. For Huntington hospital you had to email HR to change anything at all and it was a whole thing and if you withdrew your application you couldn't re-apply.

If there's a way to contact recruitment or HR that would be my first choice to make changes vs withdraw and resubmit.

I think on the 22nd they are sending that "career snapshot" where you get to rank your two top locations/units? I think there's an option to include it and it can't hurt.

I think I wanna do tele for LAMC and DOU for Woodland Hills.

Is it for new grads? Where did you find out about it? Tried googling but nothing coming up for tomorrow specifically?
