  2. Hello everyone! I have left medical-surgical nursing as an RN, worked that for 3.5 years. I am now starting a very brief internship for already experienced RNs (like 1-2 weeks?) on a mother-baby floor at a very large and busy county hospital. There is a level 3 NICU here, and we do take high risk mothers, c-sections, etc. The couplet care ratio is 3-4. I have never worked mother-baby before, and would appreciate any recommended reading materials, nursing books, or websites people think would help me learn? Thank you so much.
