Does anyone know how their waitlist for interview process works? Do they just send all their “not our first choice” applicants to the waitlist for interview instead of instantly rejecting?

Hi all, I’m submitting my application in a week but I really just wanted an idea what y’all thought of my stats. Honestly I just want some real talk by those who’ve applied multiple times or just know the application game much more than I do. This will be my first time applying. 9 months exp SICU (ecmo, crrt, impellas, evd- managing and bedside placements, bedside bronchs, chest tubes, swans, vents etc) precepting new grads as well 1 year 4 months exp CCU CCRN NURSING GPA 3.7 masters in education GPA 3.8 B.S Env Sci (2012) GPA 3.1 thanks!!
