Hi DaisieRosie, I finished the WebWoc courses in May and am currently working on my clinicals. I really liked Webwoc. I was able to find preceptors at my hospital who were CWOCNs. If you can find a hospital/clinic near you who already has a contract in place with WebWoc that allows you to be there as a student, that will save you lots of time. If you have a potential preceptor at a hospital that does not have a clinical contract in place with Webwoc, webwoc will help you through the process of developing that contract so you can do clinical hours there. However, that process can take months, so if you do go to webwoc, I recommend working on that right away! Also, if you cannot find a preceptor, webwoc can help you by giving you a list of approved preceptors that are in your state or nearby states.

Hello! I am looking to start a wound care program in January. I have researched a bunch of them and narrowed it down to two online ones I think would work for me. I am looking at Winona State University wound program OR WEB WOC nursing education program. I am wondering if anyone has heard anything good/bad regarding either of these programs? Thank you!
