UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
Just want to send everyone hugs, the waiting game has been awful for us all, but we will all be okay. Things always work out in time. Congratulations to everyone who is starting a new job in the coming months, and good luck to all of those still searching. I’m in the same boat. We got this!! Keep your head high! ?

I can’t seem to log on to my portal, but I’m pretty sure it’s over. :,)

UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
Yeah, they said we’d hear unit decisions by Friday, but it’s been dead silence for most of the week. It feels like it’s all done LOL

My friend works as a new grad in their ED. Friend told me $39 baseline, but with overtime, its like $44 mixed.

Yeah, sure thing! I got this link from someone else earlier in the thread. It’s just a general So Cal New Grad group, not specific to UCLA. https://www.facebook.com/groups/538595236250979/?ref=share&mibextid=S66gvF

So, has no one on here heard news for RR perinatal? I posted asking on facebook, but no response on there either.

UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
Yep, same here. :,)

UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
Has anyone had portal change or offer for RR perinatal?
-
UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
Still waiting on RR perinatal, and I haven’t heard from anyone else about getting an offer. I’m supposed to be on “vacation” but I’m stressing out A LOT LOL
-
UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
Oh, I’m not a part of facebook group. Are you referring to offers in general or perinatal offers from RR?
-
UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
I believe that was SM perinatal, not RR.
-
UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
Okay, yeah, I thought about changing my voicemail, but the Google number is smart! Forgot that existed. Thanks so much for the suggestions, appreciate you! ? And safe travels!!

I will likely not have cell service in the period that offers will be sent out. I've heard that sometimes, offers are extended through phone calls from HR. What do you guys recommend I should do? I'm hoping that if I get an offer, they will also send an email if unable to reach me by cell.

Niiiice!! I’m very happy for you. Congrats! ?
-
UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
Hi! From reading previous threads, the status change sounds like you could’ve been selected for the SM location and might receive a job offer soon! ? If this is the case, congrats in advance!!

UCLA New Grad Residency Spring 2023
This is probably unit-specific, but I was told that decisions are made end of the month/beginning of December. Offers MIGHT not start rolling out until December 5th. Could be earlier though.

I was only able to send one once through talent acquisition, but given that emails are not provided or publicly available, I have a feeling they don’t want to be bombarded with letters. I asked for a note to be forwarded but no response. They’re probably getting busier nowadays too.

I interviewed for perinatal. Second interview was more in depth and adaptive to your responses and experience. More questions.

Hi, I wish I could give you a definite answer, but I’m not too sure about how they’re doing second interviews. For reference, my first interview was last Monday and my second interview with RR was just yesterday, and I was told that they still have a good amount to get through? Hope that helps.
