    Thank you for that but I'm still unclear on exactly where you're even supposed to turn everything into and how.

    I live in Kemtucky, a compact state. I've looked and looked on Hawaii website trying to figure out how to transfer my license there but it's about as cleat as mud. Has anyone here done that and if so what is the process?
