  1. FYI I sent my assemble person my degree a copy of my transcript and my quick results that shows I passed. They reached out and long story short. It resulted in the same thing. Just keep waiting till the review is done. If anyone else had been able to get help from their assemble person. Please tell me what else I can do.
  2. Whoever said the max they can have you wait is two years that's not true. I took and passed my NCLEX on March 7, 2022. I've been waiting since. Every time I call they tell me I just have to keep waiting. It's so unfair that people who graduated from the same school as I did after me, but took their NCLEX two weeks before me and passed. Have been working for the past three years and got their nys license renewed. And when I called I was told to either go back to nursing school or start waiting tables as a waitress. When we have the same education. I just took the exam 2 weeks after.
  3. Has anyone reached out to there assembly person and gotten assistance or help? I called the state the other day and was told the same thing again.. just keep waiting. I did reach out to my assembly person but have not gotten any response.
  4. Has anyone heard an update I've been waiting since March 22. I passed my NCLEX days after the investigation started. My school is not on the list of fraud school. But under review for education. Just don't understand how NY is giving and allowing other nurses that have education from other 3rd countries a license. But not giving student who went to a US approved school that was accredited and on the us education website a license. I've already passed my NCLEX twice and my still won't release my license or original score.
