    Thanks to all who answered. I asked the NMC who agreed with the BM's. There is no requirement I have an up to date PDR /PDP to revalidate. The boss has a habit of making things up.

    My manager has told me that she will not revalidate her team members (including myself) if we do not have an up to date PDR/PDP. She says that it's an NMC requirement. I don't believe her, is what she's saying true? Thanks for taking the time to read or respond.
