Hi!! Good luck tomorrow, you'll do great. Just be yourself and don't rush. The first 1-1.5 hrs is a PowerPoint presentation about financial aid and info about the school/program. Then one of the deans will join the Zoom and answer any questions while you wait for an invite to a breakout room. You'll be interviewed by 2 people, who could be 2 faculty/professors OR 1 faculty/professor and 1 current Roseman student. They can ask anywhere between 3-5 questions! Once that's over you have a chance to ask them questions yourself. Then the interview is done and you can go back to the main Zoom with the dean and the other applicants or you're free to end the call. It was exactly 2 weeks after my interview date when they sent out acceptance emails! ((:

Hi everyone ((: I am thinking about applying for LVN programs while also applying to RN programs. Butte Community College is one of the schools I am interested in. I applied for their RN program for Spring 2023 but was not selected for the lottery program since I was a first-time applicant. I was wondering if anyone completed their LVN program at Butte Community College. If so, was it challenging to get into the program in terms of waiting? I read in their LVN section, "in the event that there are more qualified candidates than vacancies in the class, a computer lottery will select the individuals to be enrolled." ?

I was not selected for the lottery as well. But I will be doing the reapplication in December and also applying to their LVN program. What other programs have you guys applied to or plan on applying to? That's awesome! Wow 3.5 years!! During that time frame, did you work in a healthcare setting to gain experience?

That's awesome!! Good luck! Did you fill out that form from admissions or disregard it because I guess it doesn't apply to nursing applicants since it was stated it doesn't affect our applications?

The only email I received was from admissions stating they received my transcript and that I needed to fill out a transcript verification form. But it looks like I filled it out for nothing. They emailed me this morning and said I'm not registered for any classes and if I applied to a specific program like nursing or respiratory care then I would have to contact that department about my application...?

Has Butte emailed you anything regarding your application? ?
