Has anyone off the standby list gotten any updates? After orientation they sent what # placement on the list you are. I know they took 5-14 people off standby previous cohorts but it seems like they've already slowly taken people off before sending that email ?

Congrats!!! I’m still waitlisted at grossmont with 82 points and just got the email from Palomar today that I’m on the standby list????

That’s good news! I got a rejection from Mira costa and still no word from Palomar. I’m guessing because we could be on the alternate list. Previous times 5-10 people are taken from standby so you have a good chance!!

For real, it’s the end of the month now

I also got between 81-82 depending on what they accepted. & 78 on my TEAS, I feel like the cutoff right now is at 84

Hey are you thinking of retaking your TEAS before the 2 year wait requirement? For grossmont you can take it after a month but for Mira Costa and Palomar it says you have to wait after 2 years which is so weird. I got a 78 too my first time ? I think I'm off by 2 points to get an acceptance since I've been waitlisted.

Just that it was being reviewed yesterday but no decision email yet. Hopefully by today or Monday I’ll know for sure

Is anyone retaking the TEAS? Because it says if you passed on the first attempt, you have to wait TWO years to retake it. Kind of bummed because it would increase my chances if I could retake it earlier ? still waiting for a reply and an alternate at another program

Yeah I think everyone received it because they’re behind and should reach back by next week. I’m still on the alternate list for Grossmont so hopefully I get into Palomar or Mira Costa. I haven’t gotten word from Mira Costa yet :(

Same here! Hopefully we still have a chance of getting in. I'll be retaking my TEAS and reapplying for Fall 2023.

Hi! I just applied with 82 points. I didn’t do good on my TEAS so I’m taking it again for the 2nd time to get a higher overall to apply again in Fall just in case. Fingers crossed for Palomar or Grossmont! I know every semester the student pool is different and I know the TEAS 7 was different for a lot of students.

Hi! I just applied to Spring 2023 with 82 points if all checks out. I didn’t do so good on the TEAS the first time on version 7. Is there any good tips for those who scored high on TEAS? Applying in fall too just in case ?
