  1. 2 yrs Experience but new to Traveling

    Hi! I am new to travel nursing with 2 years of RN experience with Rehab, LTC, Vents, Trachs, Covid and TF. Was a CNA and then a CMA both total over 16 yrs of healthcare experience prior to getting RN license. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on where to start other then Med/Surg. Do I have the qualifications to go into the Step-down Unit? Do I need to obtain specific certificates for the Step-down unit? Also, I love learning new things and I was thinking about getting my Telemetry certificate. Any thoughts? Any advice is appreciated and thank you in advance!
