Has anyone applied to a job posting from Sharp that says for required qualifications “1 year clinical experience (RN’s with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirement)” … and been hired as a new grad?

I saw that too! I put L&D as my first pick as well and mine still says "Application Received" ..... I keep checking my status like 10 times/day LOL

I’m guessing they won’t start reviewing stuff until after the 19th since that’s the day it closes? That’s just what I’m thinking, I’m not sure though.

Just looked at mine again and it says “Position Filled” …. I’m confused if this was for the cohort starting in July? Is there a new application for the fall because that’s what I thought it was applying for. IDK why it was open to apply if it wasn’t ...

I applied for this same fall program as well. On 7/5 it said (not considered - internal recruitment) then on 7/15 it changed to (Application Processed). Is this what yours says? I am confused on the timeline on how this works
