Thank you! It was for L&D, I got an email a couple weeks ago saying that the Recovery Unit was cancelled for this cycle.

I got a call today to schedule and interview with SMB. My interview is scheduled for 4/17

Has anyone applied to a job posting from Sharp that says for required qualifications “1 year clinical experience (RN’s with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirement)” … and been hired as a new grad?

I’m assuming since I still haven’t been referred to hiring department, my chances are very slim of getting an interview….. what kind of jobs do you guys have while you wait to get into a residency program? I moved here right after graduation out of state in June bc of my husbands military orders

I saw that too! I put L&D as my first pick as well and mine still says "Application Received" ..... I keep checking my status like 10 times/day LOL

For those that have applied for this current application cycle, the directions on the first page say to NOT upload certificates at this time.. but when I am in the application it has a place to upload the information for like BLS, NRP, ACLS, etc. It feels weird leaving it blank....

For those that applied, did you guys complete the extra certificates like ACLS, NRP(if applicable to what you chose), AWHONN fetal monitoring, etc. before applying? Or do we need those by start date/hire date? I applied for L&D, NICU, and OR. My application still says "Application Received" as of today

I’m guessing they won’t start reviewing stuff until after the 19th since that’s the day it closes? That’s just what I’m thinking, I’m not sure though.

Just looked at mine again and it says “Position Filled” …. I’m confused if this was for the cohort starting in July? Is there a new application for the fall because that’s what I thought it was applying for. IDK why it was open to apply if it wasn’t actually available… Anyone else?

I applied for this same fall program as well. On 7/5 it said (not considered - internal recruitment) then on 7/15 it changed to (Application Processed). Is this what yours says? I am confused on the timeline on how this works
