  1. I passed my exam! But thank you ? I appreciate you going your time out to message me.
  2. Thank you so much! I took a lot of breaks, I had coffee ☕️ before I was drinking a lot of water. & I did 3 tutoring session by mark klimek. & was thinking like mark klimek the whole test LOL.
  3. I passed my NCLEX finally on the 18th! Without accommodations
  4. You’re absolutely correct ? I agree with you! I need to look into getting a tutor, thank you so much. Thank you for replying.. I appreciate it. & no your not shaming me at all! I’m getting encouraged.
  5. I just remembered why my friend wanted to get extended period of time! I usually take a long time on NCLEX questions, & having English as a second that I struggle with sometimes take a long time to understand a question ?‍♀️ so she said if I have extended time I will able to pass if that makes sense LOL.
  6. Thank you so much for replying! That makes so much sense, wow. I never thought of it like that.. Now I understand what you mean! That isnabsolutely ? correct, thank you for opening my eyes ?
  7. Thank you for replying! Another reason for my accommodations is that I every time I set for boards I always ran out of time, I would take the whole 5 hours. My last day to test is august 10 & I found out that it takes a lot of time for boards to process accommodations which I wasn’t aware of.. I’m going on with no accommodations! Pray ? for me so I pass my test.
  8. Thank you so much for replying! Yes, I understand what you saying. & I agree with you, I been failing because of having lot of anxiety.. & English is my second language & I struggle with that. What I was trying to say was! Can I get accommodations for anxiety & panic attack?
  9. Hello! My name is faria. I'm taking my board end of this month. I have taken NCLEX 6 times and unfortunately I haven't passed! I'm not upset. Every time I have failed NCLEX it made me stronger! My friend suggested that I get accommodations (doctors order) for my test, which I wasn't aware of. She had accommodations when she took her boards exam. She recommended that I had 3 hours of extended period of time and a private, which will help me tremendously. I spoke with my doc and after 3 months she wrote me accommodation letter.. which I picked it up yesterday! On the letter it said, I have anxiety and panic attacks. She also put under pressure my symptoms get worse. I have anxiety but I don't think I have panic disorder! She didn't type on the letter how many hours of extended period I need and she didn't even typed I needed a private room! I forgot to mention that she typed me a letter before and the boards denied it because she only put that I need accommodations for my condition! I know the board needs a more detailed letter ... so my question ?‍♀️... Is sending the accommodations to the board a smart move? Will I get my license if I pass the test? I'm scared because... 1) They might not let me sit for boards. 2) or, They may not allow me to be nurse (license) because of what the letter states - have panic attacks and anxiety. Who would wanna give me a license if I have anxiety & panic disorder. IDK if my question makes sense! Sorry if this is confusing.
