Hello, I received an offer from UTSW for their critical care residency. I haven't heard anything about relocation assistance, but the diffs I received were $3.00 for the 2nd shift, $4.00 for the 3rd shift, and $5.50 for weekends.

Hello, I am soon to be a new grad nurse and have my top 2 offers from UTSW and BUMC in Dallas. These offers are in the MICU, pay is pretty equal. Baylor is offering relocation assistance, while UTSW is not. I am having a lot of conflict between these offers as they are both great hospitals and provide great education. Does anyone have experience or insight into what these hospitals offer? Pros, cons, pointers? Thanks!!
