I think the deadline to accept was 11/10 at 4PM. I think if you didn’t submit, then you forfeit your spot and they start calling ppl from the waitlist.

Oh I think I know why. If you tally up the units it’s 9 units in total since it’s three classes. But, there’s still students who may have not completed all of their undergraduate classes (gen ED classes that allow us to graduate) so in order to make us full time students we would incorporate one of those classes into our class schedule to make the student full time and if we don’t take another class, which is at least 3 units. Then if not, the student would be considered half time since it’s less than 12 units.

I don’t think there’s more class than what was listed. I remember speaking to my counselor when the semester started and she said that the roadmap is what we will be using to register ourselves to classes each semester. But, most likely they will give us more info as to why it’s set up like that.

I think since it’s three years long with summers off, the workload is spread out more. I think especially because it’ll be foundation classes, so maybe first semester isn’t supposed to be overwhelming which is what I’m assuming.

I didn’t know that… I thought they would have space. I haven’t applied yet. I was planning on doing it later. So, the 4x4 is individual rooms then?

No, you can call the housing department and lease for half of the semester. It’s not too late. I used to stay in the dorms freshman year, but I didn’t like sharing the bathroom. So, this year I’m planning on staying at the vistas which is across the street just for that reason. It’s a couple hundred cheaper than on campus I believe.

I was accepted as well. I think I had 98 or 99, I believe.

That’s a good amount of points. I know hopefully by tomorrow we’ll find out good news ! I wish good luck to all of us. I heard they were supposed to be sent out last week as well, but I haven’t heard anything else back in regards to that.

He said that email on September 9 is just acceptance into the university but not the nursing program. He said if accepted into the program the letter is an attachment that will say information in regards to nursing. Like if you’re accepted it won’t be called “pre nursing” it will be referred to as “nursing”. This is an acceptance letter from someone from the previous cohort that was accepted in Spring 22, I found this on one of the other groups.

I just called the school of nursing, and he said that they haven’t even sent out notifications for the disqualified applicants and they will send out acceptance letters start of November 1-15.

Hey, You’re welcome. I think if It gave you an option to upload your supporting documents that would be the application for non-Stan State students. Maybe admissions will send over that information to the nursing department.

Hi, I don't know how to submit the application for non Stan state students.. I'm assuming that's the application you submit unless they sent you your Stanislaus State student ID number. But, the CAL STATE app I believe is supposed to have similar requirements as the regular application for Stan State students... Did it give you an option to upload bilingual forms, transcripts, or anything of the sort? From my assumption I think you can apply to the pre-licensure application, which is the link on the pre-nursing website if you have your Stan State student ID.
