    No problem ? I sent the email on a Thursday at 17:00 and heard back on Tuesday at 20:30ish! (Monday was a holiday...) took two-ish business days to hear back from the FL BON and they said "Your eligibility has been manually updated in Pearson’s system and you should receive your ATT within the next 24-48 hours." I received my ATT within 15 minutes. I hope you have heard back by now!

    Update after 39 minutes of being on hold with the FL BON: I was told to email [email protected] (it will be different for your state) and ask for eligibility to be re-sent to Pearson VUE. I have since done this and will update again once I know more!
