  1. Disheartening PMHNP Job Search

    Hello, I am very curious if anyone else if having a difficult time finding a PMHNP position? I have been searching for about 6-months in Florida with no luck. It’s been disheartening to say the least. A lot of postings are by recruiters. I have never been ignored so much! My emails go unanswered even after they seem to make all these promises to set up interviews, etc. Has anyone else ever had this experience? I have discovered that being very picky on the job search has greatly limited what I can find. I prefer to not go back into community health. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
