  1. Hey guys, I have been a nurse for 4-5 years now. I was a critical care float meaning I would float all over the hospital to ICU, CCU, tele, med/surg, special care. I know that graduation is coming soon for a lot of people and some are probably feeling very nervous. I was wanting to start streaming on twitch or Youtube where new grads or even new nurses could come and ask questions they may be concerned with, ask for help, vent, whatever it may be. I am willing to do like group tutor sessions/study session, I could ask friends from different specialties to get on and hold like a Q&A or something along those lines. If this is something people would be interested in I would be more then willing to hammer out a schedule of when I could do it after work and when I'm off. Just let me know if anyone would be interested in this cause I feel like a live session is much more personable
  2. I have never been in your living position before, but I will say I failed twice too before finally passing. Reading your post it sounds like you have a love for the hospital setting and if you can manage to get a job even as an aide or tech while working to pass your NCLEX it could be beneficial. Where I worked we would always help the aides and answer their questions while they practiced for NCLEX and would help them study. I was thinking of starting to stream on twitch/Youtube to talk to people getting ready for NCLEX, maybe hold tutor sessions too because being able to talk and have questions answered in real time is more helpful than anything. I have friends that would be willing to do something like a panel from different specialties where we can do a Q&A if its something you'd like me to do just replay and ill post a schedule where I can try and talk and help you when im off work.
