  1. New NP here and I have a question in regard to CMEs. ANCC require 75 hours of CMEs, 25 of which have to be pharmacology. I have UptoDate and it does not differentiate between educational CMEs and Pharm CEs. I've emailed UptoDate and they stated that I can keep track of which articles are pharm vs regular CMES via my log. So my question is, does one pharm article which is considered 0.5 CME translate directly to 0.5 pharm CEs? I know a lot of other sites such as Pri-med break down the types of CMEs for an article/podcast (for example, 1.25 CME, 0.33 pharm). I don't mind using pri-med but my specialty is in ambulatory surgery so UptoDate have more topics related to my specialty. Thanks in advance!
