  1. I got the job they offered it to me. The job posting that they have is ICU/ER experience preferred. But yet they hired me, I shadowed for a couple of hours and told that they do a lot of moderate sedation over there. I am excited for the new learnings. I hope it would not be a very hard adjustment on the transition.
  2. Hi...I read your post about you have been working in IR for 15 yrs, what was your previous experience prior to that?I just got hired in IR and I don't have ICU experience and had worked in medsurg and endoscopy unit.
  3. Hello, just needing opinions/inputs about transitioning to IR. I don't have ICU experience and have been working in Endoscopy 4 years currently and medsurg experience for 3 years. Is it a must to have an ICU or critical care experience? Thank you!
