They will have you make a complio account and the account will have everything that you need to fill out. For the physical its a sheet that the doctor fills out. if you want further info I can email you everything or DM ?

You will get a conditional acceptance for your algebra course, but not the TEAS test. Take the TEAS test asap depending on which cohort you want, the vegas location tends to fill up faster.

Hey !! So my overall was 3.5 pre req was 4.0 and TEAS was 84.7 . I think you’ll be totally OK ! You should be able to get the interview at least , just apply asap so you can be in the first or second round of interviews . I’m not sure yet if they have started interviewing for the October start or not yet .

If your score is below 80. I think you should retake again . Average acceptance is 80%.
