  1. Hey! I sent you private message on messenger but I see you’re in so you can disregard that! Congratulations and welcome :))
  2. I see that you’re in!! You only need to get like one question right or agree to the rules. We’re happy to have you :))
  3. Hey! No worries, I got mine done on the 5th and they haven’t been approved yet either. I emailed the Lee clinical coordinator because that’s the campus I’m going to and she said they will be processing/approving soon. Also, if you want to connect with other ppl from the program here’s a link to join our facebook group! :)) https://www.facebook.com/groups/3242429672698086/?ref=share
  4. You’re welcome!! Let me know if you need help finding it! :)))
  5. No, you just show up and they ask you for your appointment identifier which is on the email you should’ve gotten after making the appointment! Afterwards, they email you at the one that’s on file, that your fingerprints have been received. There is nothing else to do for that requirement other than input the date they you got them done on CB and wait for the school to receive them and process the eligibility requirement. We also have a nursing group on facebook if wanna ask questions, a lot of us moved there if you’re interested.
  6. You can fill out the declination form for the flu shot and in the reason line say that it is not yet season, and most doctors or pharmacies won’t even be carrying them until then. I had gotten mine in December so I think I’m fine but I’m going to double check with my own physician.
  7. yeah, there should be a student health form in your castle branch if you paid for the medical management tracker. the student health form has all the required vaccinations needed. on the form, it says if you don't have a record for the vaccines that you should've gotten when you were younger, they can perform antibody titers to confirm you have the antibodies for it (in replace of the vaccine). you can send the form to your doctor's office by fax or email, whichever they prefer, and they can go ahead and order the vaccines, tests, and titers needed ahead of time. that way when you come in for your physical they can review the records and note/sign them on the form.
  8. I’m sure everyone has seen the message from our nursing advisor! It definitely clears up a lot and super happy that we only got to pay $38 instead of $57 LOL.
  9. For anyone that missed it last night: I started a private facebook group for our class! There’s a few questions to verify yourself as a part of this program process but if I recognize your name/user I’ll add you regardless. here’s the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/3242429672698086/?ref=share_group_link Also, on castle branch I got the results of my background check! I was able to review them today. Still waiting on the drug screen that I took yesterday and finger print appointment is set for Tuesday next week! :))
  10. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t bad. I waited about 15-20 minutes after my appointment time.
  11. You had asked about the medical document manager that it wasn’t exactly correct (it should’ve been “FDim Medical document manager” and what popped up for us on castle branch was “FD87 Fall medical document manager”). This was the clinical coordinator for Lee campus’ response regarding the confusion! So be on the look out in your emails for an announcement!
  12. The group should also be visible but here’s a screen shot if the link doesn’t work.
  13. https://www.facebook.com/groups/3242429672698086/?ref=share alright everyone here is the group! there are a couple of questions to verify that only ppl who have been a part of this specific process can join! ☺️
  14. I’ll go ahead and make one then and then link it in the comments! ?
  15. I’ll see if more people are down for it in the next few days and go ahead and make one! ?
  16. I love seeing new ppl on this forum!! I was curious if anyone would like to create a private facebook group for the Fall 2022 cohort of FSW? I can go ahead and create it and link it here or if someone would like to go ahead and do it, that would be great! I just feel like it would be a little easier to communicate that way! ☺️
  17. I’m pretty sure that’s how it works since they’re affiliated with FSW. Everything gets sent to them through castle branch!
  18. Exactly this!! They make you lock your phone and bag away. They stand outside the door and you hand them the cup. Just like they said, don’t flush until they tell you too. I will definitely let you guys know, as soon as I know! They gave me a piece of paper too confirming I did the test and where it will be sent to, etc. Chain of custody for urine sample!
  19. I think my insurance covered the drug screen cause I didn’t have co-pay and then I’m getting most of the vaccines/titers with my physician and that’s like a $30 fee with my health insurance so I’m not sure! I know also Publix and Walgreens do vaccines and take health insurances as well. I got Covid vaccines and booster with them along with my flu shot that was free in December. Also, if you have immunization records you can submit those in. My mom luckily saved all of mine since I’m from here in FL, and was able to put in 3 of them. My tetorifice is outdated and I still need to get the Hep B titer even tho I have all the vaccines for it.
