  1. So I decided to take the outpatient cardiology position at the same company as the GI lab. The outpatient ortho position I would have to fill in at different clinics and work 5 8s unlike the 4 10s I am working now. It is a vast improvement over working in the hospital. I like ortho more than cardiology so I try again in a year or so.
  2. I am a new nurse with about 1 year of med-surg experience. I am burnout at bedside and have been looking for a position in the OR, procedural or outpatient area. I recently had a interview for an inpatient endoscopy position at a major hospital and accepted the position yesterday. Now, I am having doubts about the position due to acuity and fast pace of the unit. Also, I noticed I received a call from an outpatient orthopedic clinic for an interview, the day before I accepted the GI lab job. I am torn about what to do next. Any suggestions?
