Just a reminder that this doesn't define your abilities. What is for you will not pass you by ? we are all great candidates, but sometimes they look for very specific things and we should still be happy for our peers that got extended offers. also don't forget there are other factors that play in. Some of our peers are internally hired and may have had internal recommendations and connections. Keep putting yourself out there and give yourself as many opportunities as possible. My portal still says "Hidden" since 6/9/25

I also applied to Glendale and I went ahead and took off anything that was Organization specific to Northridge. I'm assuming they have already printed what they needed. They also said they would be getting back mid June and they haven't, so it might be safe to say they moved on with other candidates.

I have not received any updates and I have since accepted an offer in LDRP with another Organization. Wishing you all the best luck ✨?

Hi everyone, so decisions are going to start going out tomorrow. I know we all have a ton of anxiety surrounding decisions but I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know that no matter what be proud of your accomplishment's up to this point. It's a huge personal win and a great experience that we even got the chance to interview in person. The process was rigorous and the waiting period was not easy but we did it, we made it here. And that alone is a huge accomplishment. Trust that you will be placed exactly where you need to be even if it isn't now. So proud of all of us and I just want to extend some love and support to all of us, even those that didn't make it to second rounds. We are all capable and don't forget that when doors close, others open. And things happen as they should. Try to get some rest tonight and take tomorrow slow. There's a chance decisions could even go out throughout the week. So try to take care of your mental health in the mean time . ???

Hi ya'll, just a little update. I just received another update on today at 7:00 PM PST, saying there was an update to my application and to log into my portal. I logged in, but nothing has changed. It still says "Hiring Manager Review". Just wanted to update the group!

Hey everyone, on 2nd interview week eve, I just wanted to extend some love and light to everyone. You will do great, you prepped for this, you've earned your spot to interview not once but TWICE. Do not forget who you are through all the nerves and really chime in to your inner morals and values. You GOT THIS! Make sure to wake up and have calm morning routine and don't do any last minute prepping, trust that you've done enough up to this point and go in and be yourself. Eat a good breakfast/lunch depending on when your interview time is and leave your home with atleast 45 min max to kill before your interview. I'll be logging off this forum until decisions go out so I can take care of my mental health and ease any nervousness. REMEMBER, "take a deep breath.. pull your shoulders back.. and be THE NURSE" ?✨ - Dr. I ?

I believe all interviews are next week ? just prepping by looking at possible interview questions but truly, be yourself! They saw something in your application that they admired. Stay true to your values and who you are as a person. If they think you're a great fit they will move you forward, and if not more opportunities will come ? stay positive ✨ Hopefully we will all be future coworkers. Good luck to everyone going into next week. I'm not going to log back into the forum until interviews are over and we hear back during the time frame. I really want to try and not psych myself out, you got this !
