First time applicant.. when did your guys status change from pending to eligible? Is it usually all at the same time? I just want to see if I’m eligible LOL since they never put out the break down of point system.

I’ve always remember it saying eligible not complete to be in the lottery. Because it’ll say ineligible

So just to clarify the options area for documents.. doesn’t matter how many you upload it’ll only count as 1 point?
