  1. Congratulations! May I ask if you were on the waitlist? I’m going to UofT but I’ll be working 1-3 shifts per week, just a part time position ?
  2. Does anyone know when UofT will start giving out scholarships
  3. Has anyone got off the nipissing waitlist?
  4. Where is that admissions checklist??
  5. Hey! This is the official group created by UOT https://www.facebook.com/groups/1623575267998473/?ref=share
  6. I created a facebook group! here is the link https://www.facebook.com/groups/1038577387085883
  7. I wrote my entire personal statement all about being a bartender! It’s all about having confidence and how your present your self
  8. The thing about nursing is it’s standardized so I doubt there’s that much difference between what is “harder” I would make me decision based on what they both offer for clinical placements/ time spent commuting etc
  9. Not a Friday but I got into uoft. Didn’t get an email just checked my login
  10. mine is fine. maybe youre getting in!
  11. Oh wow I didn’t know that! I’m going to email SPP and ask, because that it also a big component for me
  12. Thank you for this! Michener does have study spaces. Also as a non uoft student you can still use their study spaces. I know what you mean though, I’m thinking the same thing, it’s nice to have a sense of community that I feel SPP may be missing
  13. I think I’m leaning more towards spp. the 1:1 preceptor I think will be super helpful! Also I want to work in paediatrics. The only reason I would choose uoft over spp would be because I would want to get involved on campus
  14. I really hope it’s this Friday I’m getting nervous! I’m not sure which is my first choice spp or Uoft
  15. Congratulations I’m so happy for you!
  16. It provides 3 a semester for 6 semester so 18 grades. 2 years at 5 courses a semester would be 20. It says on their website many students go on to do masters and NP
  17. Honestly if you haven’t been waitlisted yet and you have competitive stats and scored in the top Casper your acceptance is probably coming. It seems like a lot of people who weren’t waitlisted yesterday got accepted today. And as we saw all the acceptances didn’t come out at the same time so I would stay hopeful for later today or tomorrow!! Also make sure you’re counting FCE - courses that run September to April. September- December and January- April are half course equivalency therefore Nipissing would take your top 20
  18. congradulations! hopefully in the mail we find out if we got sick kids or UHN
  19. I can’t seem to find out. Did you get an email confirming your acceptance?
  20. I haven’t received my email yet that says I’ve been accepted I just saw on my account. So it’s definitely super early in the acceptance process. They may be updating the website slowly.
  21. I checked my “my Nipissing” under prospective students and then admissions status. Still no email though. They may be updating slowly I don’t know
