  1. If you're working full-time you're at the highest level testing, which I am. I urine test once a week and blood test every 3 months unless you screw up, which I did so currently blood testing every other week and still urine weekly. It goes down a bit after the first year in the program. Because of my screw up my bill this month was 440.00 plus whatever the facility charges. Damn near a house payment!! Hate this program so much. I signed in June of 2020 a three year. I still have 21 months to go. Knurse1967 sry I just saw your reply and I honestly think I would've thrown the towel in!! Ugh! Thank you and we WILL get through this!!
  2. Hi yes it was positive as I assumed. My safety to practice was pulled last Monday and I've been out a week now waiting on my clean urine to come back. What usually takes a couple days has taken far too long as they are supposedly backed up. My doc is sending the safety to practice this morning so thank God for that. Talked to a lawyer that was recommended, she said there is nothing that she can do being that I had a legit positive peth. This has been an absolute nightmare and I won't be screwing up again!! Had to take a leave last week to protect my job..
  3. K. Every thank you so much I will try to look her up. I called a lawyer in the beginning that supposedly dealt with HPRP but he basically said whatever they say, you just have to comply and get through it..

Hello I have a question that I'm hoping someone can give me advice on. I'm in the HPRP program for three years following a DUI in 2019. I have had a clean record with the program except in the very beginning I had a positive peth due to prior drinking before I signed the agreement. I've been sober for almost two years now but had a slip up last weekend. I had a few drinks last Friday and have to blood test today. I know it will be positive. My question is do I be up front about it now in hopes it will help or wait for the result to come back in about a week? I'm afraid if I'm honest about it now they may immediately pull my license to practice until the second test comes back decreased. Also should I just go and get another test tomorrow since it will show decreased level from today? That way I won't have to wait for another test. Coming from Michigan, I appreciate any advice thank you!
