  1. NZ nurse looking to go to USA: How does it compare?

    I'm an RN in New Zealand with 2 years experience in General Medical/Surgical and ICU step down looking to take my practice to California. I was wondering if there are any other expats who have made the journey who could tell me what their process was like? I'm looking at the requirements for sitting the NCLEX and the lack of pead/obestric nursing education in the NZ degree is making me wonder if it's worth the extra money spent on further education.
