Hey everyone, A friend of my is a diploma RN. This was when you could take a college program only to become an RN. Would they be eligible to write the NCLEX? If so, what is the process? or would they have to complete an BScN program? Any information is helpful. Thank you so much

Hi guys, I am thinking of applying to MSN PHCNP program at McMaster. Does anyone know specifically how they calculate your GPA ? On the McMaster website it states you take the convert the letter grade, let’s say a B+, and convert it to a 12.0 GPA scale, a B+ would be a 9. Then you take the 9 and muiltply it by the number of credits the course is worth, most courses are worth 3 credits. The total points earned for a 3 unit course that you received a B+ (9 on the 12.0 GPA scale) would be 27. Does this method for calculating the GPA sound correct ?
