Hi Everyone,
I have an interview for Georgetown's CRNA program on Nov 11th, virtual which I am kinda bummed about, but the in person interview was filled. When you guys say Emotional Intelligence questions, those are different from behavioral questions correct?
Emotional Intelligence would be:
How do you de-stress after a bad day at work?
What's something you've achieved that you're most proud of and why?
Who are some of your top role models, why do they inspire you?
How do you celebrate success?
How do you respond when a co-worker challenges you?
Behavioral would be:
Why do you want to become a CRNA?
What would make you a successful CRNA?
Tell us about yourself and your experience.
Tell us about your strengths and weaknesses?
How do you describe success?
How do you handle conflict?
What leadership experience do you have?
Or should we know a mix of both? Also could anyone tell me the run through of the day. My interview starts at 10am is it all day? Do we go into different meetings? Will there be an information session?
So for all the questions, I'm just so nervous and really want to get into this school! Thank you for any and all help.
