  1. Hi anyone know someone who’s already going to tesu nursing. Just trying to understand how many days are on campus and what’s day to day like. I’ll need to work to support my family and wanted to make I’m able do things accordingly. My interview is next month for January cohort
  2. @Royal_BlueCONGRATS!! Very happy for you. Wish I could start in May but there’s a little hiccup for me LOL… May just have to do September @Elizhh16So you started in January and now you’re about to start clinicals? Have you been taking classes from home this whole time? And what days will you be on campus?
  3. @Elizhh16Thanks for sharing this info with us. It really helps getting in the right mindset and helps in planning. What days are you on campus and do the days on campus change? And also what’s the schedule like through the day when you’re on campus?
  4. @Royalblue30done with application, all classes are in just finishing up personal statement. Hoping to have it all done by next week. And being nervous is a really good thing personally soaking , it’ll help. You worked hard to get to this point there’s no way you won’t make it!
  5. @Nursing27Hi this is great to hear. Good luck with everything and please keep posting. Being in campus is 2-3 days? That’s definitely more than some had mentioned but it is what it is. How many classes did they give for the first term? please keep posting, THANK YOU! Good Luck! @Royalblue30Hi are they bringing you in for the interview or is it zoom? Good luck with the interview and hope to be your classmate in May, fingers crossed hahaha let us know how it went. Good Luck!!
  6. @Nursing27 Hi - Hoping you are well, are you ready to start in Jan'22? I really wanna know what the day-to-day looks like when you start. I'm looking to start May'22 hoping all goes well and really want to know what would be on-campus days as I'd be driving from some distance. Have they told you yet? Thank you
  7. You know I wish I knew of the January cohort a bit earlier, I would’ve loved it. But I found out late and they said the date for January was October 1st, so that ship sailed, LOL. And for Ethics TESU doesn’t offer, it’s only DSST offering the exam and not many places administering this exam. I called a few places, no luck. Camden cc is doing paper version but results take 6-8 weeks, which sucks! Also I heard, exam is different than what you study for, it’s making this process complicated for no reason. I guess we’ll be in the same cohort once everything is taken care of, LOL.
  8. @Royalblue30 How far along are you with your application process? What did you do for your ethics requirements? as I am having a difficulty finding a place to take the DSST exam to test out of it and be done with my requirements. I am also shooting for the Spring cohort. Have only TEAS and Ethics requirements left.
  9. @Nursing27 Thanks for this info, I'll be looking those up. So I have 2 things to finish, test out of ethics and get the TEAS done. Hoping to get this done in October and hopefully not have to worry about the Feb deadline for May cohort. Thanks again
  10. @Nursing27I spoke with an advisor she mentioned I need to test out of Ethics and use DSST. It's an external source that provides you with an exam to take on a number of subjects but I only need ethics. So I was just wondering if anyone took that exam. Also are did you use any study guides for the TEAS exam?
  11. Hey Thanks for starting this thread a much needed communication channel. I wanted to start this Sep, but had some family issues and wasn't able to and missed getting in my ethics and my TEAS. I have everything except for the 2 mentioned. ANYONE here has taken the DSST exam to get out of Ethics requirement? if so please share some details as I'm a bit lost. Thank you CONGRATS to everyone accepted already!! must be a great feeling
