    Hey everyone! I recently graduated last year as an RPN ! In Toronto. Im honestly into mental health and don't want to really work anywhere else, but I have applied to so many hospitals and got two interviews but never got the job! Im so sad that no one wants to hire me, I'm not sure what to do. Should I go back to school for the mental health certificate cause it looks weird that I have been registered as a nurse but have not had any RPN jobs in the past 4 months. I'm not sure if its just me and I should give up on mental health and just go for a LTC position since they are in so much need right now.
