Well if y’all don’t like what she replies back with you gotta go to the person above her if you want change. Cuz the whole things pretty jacked up….I spent a lot of time and money just to apply here and if I knew this I wouldn’t have applied at all.

Just wanted to update all of you on what the nursing director replied back with. She pretty much said that the time stamps didn’t matter and they decided to change things up last minute without notifying us because they felt like it. She said this year they favored those people who applied last year. So for example a student who got a time stamp of 9:03 could get into the program even though they didn’t really deserve it. She also said the application process next year is going to be very different and probably won’t be based on time because there’s too many applicants. ?????? Just wanted to share.

Napa won’t calculate the score for you but if you make an appointment with a counselor at solano they know exactly how it’s calculated and will help you.

Okay I think we should send our emails both to the director of nursing and to the Dean of Enrollment and Outreach Services because I think that’s her boss.

Just got the same rejection letter as everyone else my time stamp was 9:00:07…..I emailed her and asked her. Depending on her answer I’m gonna contact her boss.

It doesn’t take a genius to qualify for this program. It states very simple requirements to get in and I am sure 99.9% of us qualify….it has always been about the time stamp that’s why this program is so unique and great! Getting into the program is literally based off of how fast we can get our application time stamped.

Getting into a nursing program means a lot to so many people. People wait years just to get into one. I’ve been trying my best to not have a panic attack all day. So yes, when you post something inaccurate that doesn’t seem fair people are going to freak out. Please be sure to post accurate information these are peoples lives you are affecting. I was thinking to email her (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) boss instead of her….not sure who that is. I think it’s (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME).

I have a question guys…..how come these 9 o’clock people who got rejected don’t have emails instead saying they are alternates. Does the alternate email come later? Also who should we all contact if we feel they are going out of order because that’s not fair at all and this seems to be the first year it has happened.

You had a 9oclock time stamp right? Was your time stamp down to the second? Just curious what your exact time was?
