Hoping for trimester, hbu? I guess it's not the worst to be moved to semester but I feel like it's messed up to force someone into trimester if they don't want to be accelerated HAHA

What are the support courses for? Is that part of the nursing curriculum? So if I've taken sociology I don't have to take it during the program?

I feel you...I got dicked by east bay and fresno bc I had better stats than some others who got accepted but I guess it's well known that east bay gives a lot of priority to supplemental criteria. You have amazing stats, really sorry to hear about that. I'd recommend applying to san marcos and stanislaus, you'd definitely get in.

@Pvato13WHAT?? That's ridiculous!! When there are 900+ applicants I'd imagine it would be extremely competitive but it makes me so frustrated when ppl with lower scores get invited and ppl with higher score don't. It seems like there is no method to the madness sometimes. Admissions, no matter the school or program, has always felt like there's a randomness factor to it

If you have perfect scores then it should be 10 and 12 after the communication exercise

To my understanding, passing the communication exercise gives you 2 points. Afterward, whoever has the highest points are given admission. For example, my impaction score was 9.65 so assuming I passed the exercise, my score became 11.95. (I saw someone say this on a past thread). If it will help anyone, I am a 2nd bachelor's applicant and was accepted according to the self-service.

AHHHH I just checked the self-service page and it says "You have been offered admission"! Does this mean I've been accepted to the school? Or the nursing program? Or both? I feel so relieved but at the same time so anxious that I might be missing some documents or something.

Just curious but did anyone else commit to another program already and paid a deposit? I hate that csulb is sending their acceptances later than the other CSU's!!

@cbourquiI would imagine! I will be declining my offer to attend elsewhere so I'm sure they'll be sending more depending on how the people on the waitlist respond as well.
