Hi Sun! Thank you for your response. Interesting… I wonder if it is location specific in Sac ? I spoke with a representative from HR on Wed and was informed that the I-9 form will be filled out in person when I have my “HR Appointment” once both my drug screen and background check clear.

Question for all Sacramento Hub residents - did anyone get the email from First Advantage to complete the I-9 forms yet? I have not received the email but completed the Employment Application & Drug Screen. Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you!

I believe East Bay sent out offers late night on Friday (a friend of mine got notified from one of their sites). I’m not sure about SF and Sacramento though.

I have not heard back either. Hopefully we get notified soon. The suspense : / LOL same boat for me too! Looks like Sac Hub is just a little delayed compared to other sites with sending out notices.

Has anyone from the Sacramento Hub received their offer letter for either Roseville, South Sac, or Arden today?

I have not received my official offer letter either. I am assuming Monday for sure we will know!

I am sure you’re fine! They sent an offer letter via email so maybe they only sent it to randomized candidates as survey. My friend also did not receive the same equal opportunity email but received the offer email.

Sacramento Hub applicant here! I had Vallejo, Santa Rosa, & Redwood City added as locations as well. I went ahead and still choose those but lower on priority. I’m flexible with relocation/travel. I’m assuming the extra 50 are indeed for those locations.

Oh really, where did you receive this information? As far as I know, there are only 100 positions available divided into the 3 Hubs SF, East Bay, & Sac. If so, that’s great for us! More of us get the amazing opportunity.

They told me 9/9 as well! But I guess other interview groups were told “within 48 hrs”. Maybe it depends on hub location?

For those who interviewed today, did your interviewers say that you should expect to hear back as early as within 48 hours with decisions? I was told by my interviewers that we would know decisions during the week of 9/9.

I’m so sorry… I wonder what was the criteria that was weighed heavily this cycle. It seems as though the previous cohort interviewed many externs. Sending you positive vibes and best of luck on the job search!

My status via KP Careers just changed today 8/24 to reflect “Talent Acquisition Review in Progress”. I am hoping this a good sign for us for interview invites!

Thanks for the response Marsarob! Oh wow… I had no clue. I feel for those who did not make it. This New Grad job hunt has been a struggle. It seems as though this applicant pool is more competitive than the last cohort considering this cycle seems to be a stronger presence of internals and externs. Do you know if the rejections were sent out to those who also got asked to complete a Career Snapshots last week? Or just general applicants.

For those who completed the Career Snapshot for Kaiser, did any of you hear back yet for interviews? I know they said we will find out late this week but curious to see if they reached out sooner.

I hope we hear back soon! Still eager to hear from the Transplant Unit.

I as well got my status changed to "talent acquisition interview scheduled". Hoping this a good sign for us all. Does anyone know if this is the same status change applicants got for the March cohort that were invited to interview? I also was a KP Extern but did not do clinicals with KP.
