  2. Short term disability while in IPN/rehab

    Does anyone use short term disability through their insurance while being at rehab? I am finding difficulty finding out which physician is the one should be filling out the forms? Is it the evaluator, the doctor at rehab or primary care physician? Would appreciate any answers. Thank you

  3. New to IPN.. questions

    Hello. Maybe it sounds like a stupid question but I am awaiting to sign my contract with IPN. I read that the norm now is 5 years. I have family leaving abroad. Does it mean I won’t see them for 5 years due to being in monitoring? Or does IPN allow some kind of vacation/ time off maybe a week or 2? I would really appreciate any answers. Thanks
