Question: When accepting the award, you have to upload w4 information, a fall enrollment verification form, and a Summer enrollment verification form. Did anyone choose to upload just one of those forms (for example my program started this fall) or did you submit both? Thank you! Just requested to join ?

Heart is starting to break a little, but trying to remain positive. Also had a credit check earlier August but have not heard anything. ?. As I mentioned earlier this thread, I applied for this scholarship last year and received it but had to terminate the contract due to having to unenroll from classes because I couldn't take the risk and count on receiving the scholarship if I had no other way to pay. Can't see why they'd give me the scholarship last year and not this year ?

First day of class today at my Accelerated BSN program! Little nervous that I've only received the credit check and nothing else but am excited to start this journey regardless! Praying for everyone who doesn't have an answer yet, and those who have received an email I pray you get the scholarship!

Question for those whose status changed, what did it change to?

I saw the notifications earlier of people getting their credit checked and I got really excited and nervous to check my credit karma Equifax report. I checked and did not see any credit check and felt super discouraged but then I saw people mentioning Experian and decided to make an account on there as well just in case and I saw a credit check! Still waiting on the finalist email but just have to keep the faith!

I applied last year and got the scholarship but I had withdrawn from classes before I heard that I got it ? My school was super nice and accepted me into this year's cohort without me having to apply again. So I reapplied for the scholarship for the length of the entire program since I'll be starting it in August. Hope this helps!

So a little background on my situation: I applied for this scholarship last year and heard I was a finalist on July 17th, 2020. I was pretty much in the blind as far as a date of expectation and I didn't know a forum existed. I wasn't eligible for any loans so the scholarship was my only hope. Unfortunately my ABSN program started August and I had no guarantee of receiving a scholarship so I started a full time job instead and pushed enrollment for this year. In September I heard I got the scholarship but by then it was too late to start the program and I had to terminate the contract :(. Now reading this forum I see information regarding a credit check and I just checked to see if any inquiries have been made and I saw one was made by credco July 17th 2020 (same day I got my finalist notification). I don't see any other inquiry made this year so I'm getting a little worried. My application was the same as last year, and my GPA even went up. My EFC remained the same and I got the same recommendation letters. I even spoke to a case manager who encouraged me to reapply this year. I'm really hoping something doesn't go sideways because I really can't imagine why they'd accept me last year but not this year. Fingers are crossed for everyone on this forum, it's strangely comforting to know we're in the same boat. Wish there was more transparency but will remain patient!
