I emailed ------------------------, who initially sent out the emails saying that my application wasn’t on their database and that to disregard the previous emails sent out. Then she followed up with me to clear up the confusion and sent me a follow up email to my student account saying that I was confirmed that I’m on the list for Spring 2022. My application receipt is also for Spring 2022. She also said whichever email that was sent to our student email was correct and authoritative. She was quick to respond, so if you got the email saying to disregard the previous emails, follow up with it through email to see if they respond.

I just emailed back to clear up the confusion and they confirmed that my application was on file and that I am on the threshold list for Spring 2022! I tried calling earlier too but no one picked up, so I emailed!

I got a conditional offer yesterday and today they sent an email saying that it was erroneous since I didn’t apply for Spring 2022, but I did apply for Spring 2022 though. I’m so confused.
