Hi Mergirlc, Thanks for these recommendations. I will look into these as well. Appreciate your help! I did look at SMU and hoping to hear from someone who has actually taken Physio there. I also looked at UC Berkeley extension and the reviews were very bad. I also looked into Johns Hopkins for prerequisites. I found quite a few posts here on allnurses. However, the duration is 10 weeks only so a lot packed into those 10 weeks and am sure they go very fast.

Has anyone taken Physiology through Samuel Merritt University? I didn't find any reviews or posts here for science prereqs at SMU. I think some posts mentioned Patho and Pharmac but none mentioned the 4 science preqs: Chem, Anatomy, Physiology, Mircrobiology. Neither did I find anything on rate my professor. I am not able to find any available spots in community colleges and even though it costs an arm and a leg, I will enroll because I don't want to miss my application deadline. If anyone has completed their Physiology from SMU, I would really like to know your experience and if you would recommend it. Thank you.

Thank you so much for sharing ag1043. And congratulations on being accepted at SMU. Which other subjects did you take through Portage besides Chem, A&P 1,2 and Micro. I really like how organized and standardized their curriculum is. But it sure is pricey $$. I really appreciate your reply.

Since SMU says they are accepting 100% online labs due to Covid-19, I am wondering what everyone is doing, specifically about science prereqs? I still have a long way to go. I have to complete a lot of prerequisites including all 4 Science prerequisites. Plan to apply in 2022. Would love to hear back from you.

Mercgirlc - I am not able to find any posts with reviews for prereqs at SMU. Do you happen to know of anyone who did their prereqs at SMU? I am worried it may be harder than the classes at community college.
